North Leupp Family Farm  -  Harvest Festival  -  Leupp
Join us for a day of harvest crops and celebration!
North Leupp Family Farm's mission is to practice traditional, native farming while providing education on local food, economic development, and celebrating good health. Join us for the harvest festival to celebrate the gift of good, healthy, locally grown food as we help pick the ripe vegetables planted earlier in the season and prepare traditional Navajo dishes. Continue the festivities by sharing stories, prayers, and a great dinner around a fire during the wonderful fall evenings out on the reservation. We will escape to the lowlands of the Little Colorado River Valley and participate in traditional planting and share in the lifestyle of farmers from North Leupp Family Farm. We will also share a traditional dinner with Leupp farmers and their families served at the campsite along with stories of the local community, farm history, and two days of cultural exchange. Click here more information about North Leupp Family Farm. To see some fun photos from last year's harvest celebration visit our Flickr gallery.
